Our 3D surface scanning technology helps us obtain the highest quality raw data we require to design and manufacture our products to the highest standards.
CNC Machined parts
Our Tec Cam CNC 3D router is equipped with a full suction table and a 4 hp router. With this machine we manufacture a wide range of custom parts including 3d molds for thermoforming, cover hatches in Perspex and polycarbonate, along with a wide range of machined products in engineering plastics including: Delrin, Nylon, GRP, Teflon, Tuffnol and Ertalyte.
Deck Hatches in Glass
MDS are installers of Tilse GmBh chemically hardened hatch lenses. We replace broken hatch lenses and also design new skylights and glass hatch lenses.
Deck Hatches in Perspex
MDS manufactures custom hatch lenses. Together with our supplier, we have developed our own marine grade Perspex available in a dark gray tint that blocks 60% of natural light and a slightly lighter shade that blocks 40% of natural light. We can mold the lenses to match the platform tilt and machine refunds for retro fit projects. We also stock spare parts for major hatch manufacturing companies.
Glass windows, doors, and wind breaks bent or flat
MDS are installers of Super yacht windows. We have extensive experience in yacht repairs. We measure, 3d scan, order windows from Tilse GmBh and install. We have a powerful battery powered vacuum system that can lift windows up to 400 kg. MDS are Lloyds approved marine glazing installers.
Molded Perspex screens
MDS 3D scans, designs, manufactures molds and molds our custom marine grade Perspex into flybridge screens, bimini windows and super structure windows to the highest optical standards and an unmatched level of precision.
Perspex Covers
MDS manufactures a variety of screen and instrument covers. With our laser system we can also engrave yacht logos. Our clear (or tinted) instrument covers are bonded with our UV bonding system and leave perfect bonds that are extremely strong.

Sealant works
MDS has extensive experience in bonding and sealing in marine applications. MDS are accredited with a Lloyds certified bonding and sealing diploma.

MDS can replicate a broken tender screen or design a new one to your specifications. With our surface scanning technology and laser cut molds we can produce unmatched optical clarity.
